About

Emile has a broad commercial practice, with expertise in taxation and revenue law, insolvency law, corporate law, and commercial law.

Specialising in taxation and revenue law, Emile’s practice includes advising and representing private clients and regulators in respect of both state and federal taxation matters.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Emile worked as a solicitor in the Litigation and Legal Services team at the Australian Taxation Office, in which he developed experience in a number of federal taxation matters, including income taxation, goods and services taxation, superannuation, and director penalties.

Emile also has experience in administrative law from his time the Office of General Counsel at the Australian Taxation Office.

Emile holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Finance), both from the University of Technology, Sydney.
