About

Jonathan practices principally in corporations, taxation and planning law.

Jonathan advises and appears in complex commercial litigation, company and shareholder disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, and environmental and planning appeals.  He appears regularly in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Land and Environment Court, both led and unled.

Prior to his call and for over 18 years, Jonathan held senior industry appointments in banking and finance, health, consulting and the not- for-profit sectors – including executive roles in strategy and operations, as an accountant and solicitor.  He is an experienced company director and maintains several board appointments.

Jonathan holds degrees in law, business, computing science and music and in 2015, was awarded an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is a nationally accredited mediator with AMDRAS and recognised with BarADR.
